  • I’ve always loved the name Alba, which in Spanish means dawn, awakening. It made sense to create a program for new beginnings and the letters worked out so that it all came together like a gorgeous symphony.

  • Once you’ve completed the coursework with all the worksheets as support for our journey, you’ll be considered someone who has the “Alba Factor.” You’ll be graduated and walk around with a different skip on your step. 

    Meaning, you’ll now have a clear vision and path forward; you’ll understand what are your triggers and what has been holding you back. You’ll be able to set the GPS coordinates for your mind to actually get your goals, while managing stress levels, creating boundaries and achieving that so sought after work life balance! 

    Going at it alone is tough because most of the time we need an outside party to be objective and call us out on our repetitive behaviors that have gotten us to the same place we’ve been getting to! Which is great! But, if we want to go to a different place (say, a new job, or find a soulmate, lose the weight, close on the partnership) we have to send different coordinates to our mind aligning with our goal.

  • The course takes about 1 hour of pre-recorded modules, divided into 4 parts with a bonus section. There is a lot of valuable information and tools for you to work on that can add up to 8 hours worth of content if you really give it your all.
